As leaders, we have a responsibility to ensure those we lead know that we have their backs no matter what. This does not mean we tolerate behaviour that is unacceptable, this does means that we are ready to show grace and mercy when there is a change of behaviour..

I don't know about you but I have struggled at times to reconcile the nature and character of the God of the Old Testament with the God in the New Testament.
